Additionally, you can select whether to trigger buttons on mouse click or when hovering the cursor over it. Unfortunately, there is no implemented function that binds characters to keyboard buttons, so you mostly have to use the mouse.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that uniKode for Lao is a lightweight and straightforward accessibility tool that might come in handy for Lao speakers. It gets the job done well, but requirements might have you looking for alternatives that don't rely on outdated programs to run.

Peter Magnus (c. 1238 – 30 April 1286) was the second son of Magnus IV of Norway and Sibylla of Castile. He was named after King Peter III of Aragon.

Upon his death at the age of thirty, he was succeeded as ruler of Norway by his eldest brother, Haakon IV.

Peter’s father, King Magnus IV, had four children, including Peter, with his wife, Ingigerd of Norway, but none survived childhood. It is unknown whether he was ever married.

Peter’s mother, Sibylla of Castile, was the sister of King Ferdinand III of Castile and Urraca of Castile, wife of Alfonso X of Castile. Peter had an older half-brother, the child of Sibylla’s first marriage to Alfonso.

Peter’s rule was relatively short, as he died in 1286, before having children. His elder brother, Haakon IV, was made regent and sole ruler. His younger brother, Magnus, who died as a child in 1260, was never crowned.

Peter was buried in Bergen Cathedral.

One of the most important factors in the success of your app is customer engagement. And it is no secret that the loading time of your app is one of your biggest priority when it comes to create an engaging user experience.
Therefore, it is important to understand the most significant performance bottleneck on your app and how to measure it. In this article we will discuss the most important performance metric – app loading time.
How to measure app loading time?
Any educated developer has noticed that app loading time is included in each log message including debug info, release builds and even.apk compressed apps. It can be shown in Logcat or Debug Viewer tools as an input/output operation. If the operation itself is not represented, it can be shown in an app monitor called Dalvik Timing. The application loading time can be also obtained through metrics tools, such as Google Analytics.
It is essential to remember that app loading time does not include a first time loading period (init time), and app launching, but the delay while your app loads data and the resources it requires. This delay should be considered on top of the total launch time, and is measured in milliseconds.
Why app loading time matters?
Let’s assume that your app is available on Android Market and it has around a million users. Assuming that a user launches your app from Market search results 3 times a day (users tend to test their apps pretty often), every one of this launches of your app only takes 1 second from the user point of view. That is around 12 milliseconds (or about 12,000th of a second) on average. If the user has been waiting for 2 seconds, they have given up and just left your app, which is obviously a bad user experience.
In contrast, the default loading time of your app is about 500 milliseconds, which means that your user can wait an extra 1.5 seconds before leaving your app. In an ideal world, users should experience no delay while your app is loading. The more your app loading time, the more the delay you are imposing.
