As you can see, there is only one each, and each has one line. And each line is showing up correctly as it should. Why is it printing two of the lines on each page?
Ah, I feel stupid… I missed out the header. So if you remove that, then change the set margins of the table to something else, it will print one line per page.
For any other down voters, please at least attempt to give the reason behind it. After all, I was new to the whole StackExchange thing, and not even aware of the question tags that other people put on their questions. 😉

My Favorite All-Time Sister’s Quilt
My oldest daughter, Cheyenne, is no longer a child. She is now 20.
Recently, it dawned on me that I have not sewn with her for a long time.
Of course, this is not entirely true – I have always sewn with Cheyenne – but
I have not sewn the pieces for her quilts for several years.
I thought this was time to rectify that and I pulled out my favorite
sister’s quilt that I made before Cheyenne was born.
I call it simply “Quilt #2” and it shows an interior view.
I love the simple design and the colors. This is one of the most harmonious quilts
I have ever made. I was inspired by a quilt named “Dots and Squares” that I saw
while in the shops.
I loved it enough that I had to take it home and make it myself. I have used
a reproduction of it in this project.
I decided to use that quilt as a pattern and because I have a habit of using
fabric scraps from other quilt projects, I also used those scraps for this
I have always loved the way solid fabrics can create a clean block and the
way how they can fit together with minimal interruption from one section to
I also enjoy fabrics with strong patterns and a directional print. This was
different from my other work because of the color and the angles.
I was sure that it was the right choice for this quilt.
I went for a big color scheme that

489 P.2d 524 (1971)
The STATE of Oregon, Respondent,
Robert C. MOMMER and Herbert D. Smith, Appellants.
Court of Appeals of Oregon, Department 2.
Argued and Submitted December 23, 1970.
Decided February 9, 1971.
*525 David M. Doty, Portland, argued the cause for appellants. With him on the brief were Tom McCall, and Potter & Flynn, Portland.
Raymond E. Lee, Dist. Atty., Portland, argued the cause for respondent. With him on the brief was George Van Hoomissen, Chief Asst. Dist. Atty., Portland.
Before SCHWAB, C.J., and FOLEY and FORT, JJ.
Defendants have appealed from judgments of conviction for two counts of burglary and one count of grand larceny. The issues on appeal may be summarized as follows: (1) whether under the circumstances in this case the two defendants were deprived of a fair and impartial jury, (2) whether the district attorney prejudiced the defendants by commenting upon their failure to testify, and (3) whether the admission of certain evidence was proper.
At the end of the state’s case the court granted the defendants’ motion for a judgment of acquittal as to one count of burglary. As to each of the other counts the jury returned a verdict of guilty. One of the jurors at that point in the trial indicated that she had a previous criminal record. The judge advised her that the law precluded any inquiry into her prior record. The trial judge discussed with the defendants the question of whether the juror should be excused, and informed them that if the juror insisted on returning to the jury panel her membership would not be renewed. Defendants were represented by other counsel and did not object to the possibility of renewal. Defendant Smith later complained that he had not been notified of the juror’s prior record before she was selected to serve on the jury, but he

std::cout for a request for an extension of the time to file a return with the Court of Federal Claims on October 5, 2015. However, because the date for the response to the second set of interrogatories was not later than October 6, 2015 (as required by the Court Order of September 15, 2015), plaintiff’s counsel was unable to submit a response by that date. As a result, the government in this case cannot avoid its burden to respond to the outstanding discovery requests.
This letter is not intended to be a formal response to the October 5, 2015 motion. However, in order to provide the appropriate response to the September 20, 2015 government motion to dismiss for lack of standing, I have conferred with plaintiff’s counsel regarding the government motion. As a result, I believe I have adequately demonstrated to the Court that plaintiff has standing to pursue this lawsuit. I have previously advised plaintiff’s counsel of the importance of addressing the outstanding discovery requests, and the recent Order from the Court of Federal Claims, together with the response received to date. I will look forward to hearing from plaintiff’s counsel regarding his options for a resolution of this litigation.
Thank you for your attention to this request for an extension. I look forward to hearing from you.

Docket No. 15
United States Court of Federal Claims
Washington, DC 20439
Consequently, on October 25, 2015, plaintiff filed an objection to the government’s “counter motion” to dismiss (ECF No. 29) and an objection to the government’s “reply” to plaintiff’s “answer to defendant’s motion to dismiss” (ECF No. 30). The Clerk’s Office entered these filings on November 10, 2015. On November 17, 2015, plaintiff filed her “response to defendant’s objections to pleadings” (ECF No. 32), and on January 3, 2016, plaintiff filed her “response to defendant’s objections to pleadings” (ECF No. 34).
On February 10, 2016, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to file a joint statement
