What is Photoshop Elements?
Photoshop Elements is an alternative to traditional Photoshop software which is used by photographers, graphic designers and web designers. Photoshop Elements is a way of editing images and graphics on a smaller scale than the ‘full-fledged’ Photoshop CS, and is designed to be used in-house by amateur and professional designers.
Photoshop Elements is a graphics editor program. That means that it’s not a photo editor. It can’t edit photographs. It’s not a RAW file converter. It doesn’t have any of the complex RAW to Photoshop file conversion tools that you need for this. Photoshop Elements is a Windows and Mac program. On Macs, Photoshop Elements uses the Cocoa interface, which is very similar to the Mac OS X interface that you use. If you’re using Mac OS X, then Photoshop Elements won’t be as easy to use as Photoshop.
Possible uses of Photoshop Elements
One of the main things that you can do with Photoshop Elements is make some decent designs for the web. It’s not really something that we can easily do on a Mac. However, Photoshop Elements is a decent Windows program, so you can use it to make designs using simple shapes and tools to make things like logos, tables, flyers, banners, etc. You can also use it to make high-quality images that you can edit further using Photoshop. It comes with a bunch of different image and graphics editing tools. You can crop images and manipulate them in a similar way to how you would do that in Photoshop. You can also create and edit effects. If you’re really trying to make the absolute perfect image, you can use Photoshop Elements to create them.

Gettting random items from list and parse text to string
I am trying to get random items from list or through array to a string.
List list = new List();
Random random = new Random();
string randomItems = list[random.Next(0, list.Count – 1)];
But when I have 0 items in the list I get error.
string randomItems = list[random.Next(0, list.Count)];
How to generate random items from array or list?
You need to convert it to an int first. If you can use LINQ:
var randomItems = list.AsQueryable().OrderBy(x => Guid.NewGuid()).Take(1).First();
You need to convert to Int first:
string randomItems = list.ElementAt(random.Next(0, list.Count – 1).ToString());
does parent class initialization process execute only once in a C++ multi-threaded program?
There are several related questions on how and why parent class initialization happens at the time of derived class instantiation:
What is the cause of parent class initialization order in C++.
My understanding is that the parent class initialization is initialized before the derived class is instantiated. This means that the derived class is the last class initialized and it is initialized first.
So according to my understanding, even if derived classes are threadsafe, some care should be taken about deriving thread-unsafe classes?
Does the pre-order initialization guarantee the order of initialization of the base class and derived class?
To answer this is a very convoluted way. When I call a derived class’ function, it’s base classes are constructed first and so are any other static members of the derived class.

Paul Barkhouse and his wife, Fiona, have had a very happy marriage. That was until they met a dirty talking, stinky, creaking old stork.
“I was working out and I was looking for a bit of advice. I needed some weight training guidance and I was looking for a personal trainer. I’m living in Auckland now. It was in 2017 so I was looking for a trainer that was a bit further from home,” Paul says.
“I came across a website and I found a trainer that was located about 25 minutes away from where I live and I met her up for a first session with her,” he says.
It was on their first session together that Paul got his first real “stork” moment.
“I took Fiona to the gym. She was training. I trained with her and that was her pre-session chatting to the trainer. She was chatting to the trainer and I came to the end of the workout and we were walking to leave. She literally stopped in her tracks and said ‘Oh my God, look at that’,” Paul says.
“There was a duck sitting on her leg. She had this duck on her leg and then, [she] touched the duck and that was when I realised it was a stuffed duck. Then, she reached over and took it off her leg and placed it on mine. I looked down and I got a shock. It wasn’t a stuffed bird it was a real stork,” he says.
“It was something I’d never seen before and that’s when I started finding some mentions about owls, how they could be called Winky and many other things but, that’s what I found. And then, I came home and I just sat and I thought about that.”
Paul asked Fiona if she could help him with his next questions and his first question for her was if she could identify what she was working on.
“I asked her ‘What’s the duck doing?’ And she said ‘It’s Winky’,” Paul says.
Paul and Fiona have been married for nearly 11 years now and they’ve been together
