This guide will teach you how to edit images and videos using Photoshop Elements. All the information and instructions are applicable to the Windows version of Photoshop Elements but are not specific to that version.
Install Photoshop Elements and you’re ready to edit.
Load the image you want to edit into Photoshop Elements.
To get started, go to the menu bar. Find the “File” menu (or press ctrl+K) and select “Open”. Navigate to your image folder and select it.
Photoshop Elements has a basic but powerful user interface. It looks like a traditional photo editor, but the left side is organized differently to show where you can find certain tools.
The center is where your images are located. When you’re working with the main window, it’s the left side where you’ll find the tools you’ll most likely use the most. In the image below, you can see the “Main” tab (top left) and two different tabs.
The “Select” tab is where you’ll find a variety of tools to make your image selections. This is where you can work on selecting an object, crop the image, and add text and shapes.
The “Edit” tab is where you’ll find various editing tools. You can add special effects, change the color and tone of your images, rotate images, and change contrast.
The “Arts” tab is where you’ll find brushes, graphics, filters, and textures.
The “Adjust” tab is where you’ll find the settings for your tool.
There are three main tool categories:
“Image”: Contains tools for creating, enlarging and contracting, cropping, and adjusting color, contrast, saturation, and lightness.
“Adjust”: Contains several tools for changing the settings for specific tools and features.
“Artistic”: Contains tools for creating art, such as brushes, graphics, filters, and textures.
The “Image” tab contains basic image editing features and tools.
Tools are organized in tabs across the top.

From Nucleus to Membrane: Biomimetic Drug Nanocarrier Modification for Improved Vascular Targeting and Anticancer Efficacy.
Nanomedicine has experienced significant advances, resulting in the realization that the controlled delivery of pharmacophores to the tumor microenvironment will lead to increased anticancer efficacy. This review describes the various development methodologies that have been used to modulate the surface charge and, in some cases, add surface functionality to drug nanocarriers. In the search for an ideal delivery vehicle, it is important to consider not only the physicochemical properties of the carrier but also the condition of the target tissue. The latter involves a changing microenvironment that either promotes or inhibits the desired pharmacological effect. A deeper understanding of how nanocarriers interact with the biological environment will help in designing optimized nanocarriers that have the potential to deliver drugs to a tumor and the surrounding healthy tissues. In the 1973 classic French New Wave film “Z,” the protagonist Michel (played by Louis de Funès) has a hand in a victim’s murder, and the role is his duty to society, the film’s narrator explains early on.
Why Michel has this duty is never really explained in “Z.” After all, everyone knows what is right and wrong — and, apparently, that a killer has to be punished. The key theme in “Z” is accountability, not punishment.
In the 2005 American drama “Crash,” the fate of the driver who kills a young couple on the freeway becomes a pivotal point in a story about the destructive power of addiction.
The protagonist, Paul (played by George Clooney) is a recovering alcoholic who is trying to find some meaning in his new life. He’s been sober for a few months, but when he’s behind the wheel of his car and the drunken driver who kills the young couple in front of him strikes, he acts irresponsibly. Paul is sent to jail, even though he didn’t pull over on the side of the road and there was no alcohol in his system.
What was his crime?
“You should be punished for what you did,” says one woman.
“You don’t know what you do,” says another.
“People like him deserve what they get,” says a third.
What was this perverse attraction to punishing Paul?
If we understand that the “

We are every bit as fond of robots as we are of Mars and Venus, and we always dream of the day that they will be built and we can all play with them. Of all the predictions that have been made over the years about artificial intelligence, in the past few months one of the most intriguing turns out to have been made by the half-mad, half-genius geek who invented the. I have blogged about the official announcement and the long gestation period that it took to get to the light, but in this post I want to take a look at what he had to say more generally.
A while back I posted about some experimentally based research that demonstrated an unexpected result. My post included a link to the paper that contained the results, but it disappeared and is no longer available. To look at the paper now is to go into a fairly dense mathematical text, which would be fine if you were a math professor but not really something I’d expect a plain average person like me to understand.
Many years ago I bought and read a book called Everything I Know About Life I Learned from the Internet. It is based on a series of interviews with over 1000 people who had found that they had experienced something in their life that had taught them something new. The book was designed to be a personal growth manual.
If you are a geek of a certain age, you will remember that when we were kids, computers were slow and hard to operate. We had to wait for a letter to arrive in the mail, and though things were a little better in the eighties, you really had to do a bit of a dance to be able to control a computer – it was all rather frustrating. Even today, the average computer is not much faster than it was in the early 1980s.
One of the great frustrations that I have encountered as I have wandered around the
